I love the Alice in Wonderland art, colors and characters…

Okey, maybe it’s a bit weird to post refrigerators, but these are a great examples of timeless design. They are from the 1950’s in wonderful colors and great rounded shapes! I really REALLY want a retro refrigerator! I’ve been trying to find a refrigerator that doesnt cost that much, but they are expencive! And I could only find two brands, SMEG and Northstar. I know that I can get a hold of SMEG here in Norway, but I can’t find Northstar for sale in Norway. Rachel Ray has a baby blue Northstar refrigerator in her talk show kitchen and I love it!

If anybody knows about more retro refrigerator brands, let me know ๐Ÿ˜‰

Old work I wanted to post ๐Ÿ™‚

Sketches, 3d, silly projects.. The oldest work here is from 2003, the woman with crow and the moon in the background.. The mermaid is my first drawing with the wacom tablet, it was a great way to learn how to use it.. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Hope u like..

Check out Andreas Preis portfolio at http://www.behance.net/designerpreis

Love his sketches!

Pictures from Nadia Moro. Love the poses and the beautiful fluid motion of the fabric! Saved the pictures as reference for draping drawings in the future… Look at her portfolio here: http://www.behance.net/NadiaMoro

This is my favorite picture.. its my desktop background now ๐Ÿ™‚

Making mock-ups has been challenging, but rewarding.. I’ve made one 1:3 scale mock-up, but it was hard to work with and I did’nt get a good view of how it would look like in full scale. So I started making my mock ups in full scale. I chose two design sketches that I liked and made them.

Now I’m out of thread, so I have to wait with the sewing tiil tomorrow.. Untiil then I’ll start with the new rapport layout.. ๐Ÿ™‚

So we have this task at school, to make a portfolio in flash. I’ve made a layout that I am very satisfied with. The portfolio’s maincolors are baby blue, white and old fashion pink. Made an decorative animation on the top left side and the heart next to the text: “Designing Fun” is pulsing, just to make the site less motionless. I’ve only added two buttons on the side margin: ABOUT ME and INDUSTRIAL DESIGN. The Industrial design button is not done. You can click on the button and a new meny will scroll down with several projects within the industrial design category. I am going to add a ILLUSTRATION button soon.
